How Much Does a Corporate Event on The Destiny Cost?
Corporate charters are quoted as one package: the yacht with captain and crew, full-service catering, and your bar package. One invoice, no separate venue rental, no vendor stack to reconcile at the end of the quarter.
Where the number lands depends on headcount, menu, bar, and date. Weekday and daytime cruises offer the most availability and the friendliest pricing; September and October evenings are the first to sell out.

How much does it cost to rent The Destiny for a corporate event?
Your quote bundles the yacht, captain and crew, catering, and bar into one package on one invoice. Pricing depends on guest count, menu, bar package, and date; weekday and daytime events are the most budget-friendly. Tell us your headcount for a real number.
How many people can we bring?
Up to 100 guests cocktail-style, or 76 for a seated dinner. Heavy-appetizer receptions fit the most people while keeping all three decks in play.
Can we run a presentation or awards program on board?
Yes. The professional sound system includes a microphone and DJ hookups, and there's power and space for presentations. Tell us the run of show and the crew will have it staged before your team boards.
Do you host weekday or daytime corporate events?
Yes, and they're the best value on the calendar. Weekday lunches, afternoon cruises, and early evening charters have the most open dates April through October.
How does the bar work for a company event?
The bar is licensed by the Kentucky ABC and staffed by our crew, with packages from beer and wine through premium cocktails. Every pour is ID checked, and we can tailor the package to your company's policy.
How far in advance should we book?
Corporate events can often be accommodated with 2 to 3 months notice, but September and October evenings and anything near the holidays should be locked in by midsummer.
