- Usage information. Like most websites, we use analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type). This helps us improve the site.
How We Use It
- To respond to your inquiry and put together your quote.
- To plan and coordinate your cruise or event.
- To let you know when something you signed up to hear about (like a new cruise date) becomes available.
- To improve the website and understand what's useful.
What We Don't Do
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers that help us run the business (for example, the platform that powers our website forms and analytics). Those providers only use it to provide their service to us.
Cookies & Analytics
We use basic analytics to measure site traffic. Some pages also include embedded content from other companies, like the Google map on our contact page, and those companies may collect data according to their own privacy policies. Text Messaging (SMS)

Your Choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information we have about you at any time. Just email sales@queencityriverboats.com and we'll take care of it. You can also opt out of marketing messages whenever you like.
